Wheelchair Accessible Fishing Dock

The Kelly Lake Sportsman's Club has been working on a community project to better Kelly Lake. A Wheelchair Accessible Fishing Dock has been installed and is now be open to the public. A public dedication took place on Sunday August 22nd. The site is located on North Kelly Lake Road at Lake Access # 6.
Numerous donations were given to support this project:

Credit Union, Lena Lions Club, Trout Unlimited, Gary Vizelka & Family, Oconto Lions Club, Oconto County AARP Chapter, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Knights of Columbus Lena, The Joseph Sr. & Katherine Blazek Family, Bernie & Denise Madison, Oconto County Sportsman's Alliance, Suring Sportsman's Club, The Holiday Inn Roman Wiegele, Oconto Electric Coop Community Change Program, Earl Macha Family, The Kenneth Soukup Family, Jay & Barbara Nick, Magnin Landscape, and Schlaefer-Martin Memorials-Rick Brumlic. Many man hours have been volunteered by the Kelly Lake Sportsman Club members and the Town of Brazeau.
We are very proud that this immense project has now become a reality. This dock will insure anyone wishing to fish or enjoy the lakes resources and beauty, may do so comfortably regardless of any handicap or disability they may endure.

Please don't forget to to drop off your aluminum cans in the back parking lot of the Round Roof. There is a special cage placed there for collection. Please have all cans in plastic bags only. All monies will go to keep our community programs going. Please help the fund.

Chicken Tips & Toys Banquet - March 26, 2012

 The Kelly Lake Sportsman's Club would like to invite you to the 8th annual Chicken - Tips & Toys Banquet to be held Monday, March 26, 2012. This event will take place at at Romy's Holiday Inn, 9600 Co. G, Kelly Lake. The doors open at 5:30 pm with dinner at 7:00 pm. Dinner will feature Romy's famous chicken and tips. Only a LIMITED number of tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. New for 2012Tickets are available for $75.00 per person and for an additional $25.00 you can bring a spouse or guest. Your $75.00 will provide you with a dinner and chances for a gun as well as other prizes valued at more than $50.00. Your guest will get the dinner and will be eligible for numerous prizes, excluding the door prizes. Register by March 13th to qualify for the EARLY BIRD drawing. If you choose to participate in the Early Bird Registration and bring a guest - BOTH tickets are eligible for the Early Bird drawing!
SPONSOR TICKETS will be offered this year at a cost of $200.00 per person or business. This ticket includes dinner and will be eligible for a special Sponsors Only Drawing for a premium gun. Your name or business will also appear on our Sponsor Board and the video slide sponsor recognition.
There will be a 50-50 drawing, walk around raffles, and bucket raffles for everyone to participate in. This evening will be comprised of FUN, FRIENDSHIP, GREAT FOOD and FABULOUS PRIZES. Your attendance and support will help the Kelly Lake Sportsman's Club continue to work on local projects for the coming year. The club invests all money from its fundraising events back into the area.
